Advantage Solutions est présentement à la recherche d’un représentant sur la route afin d’effectuer la promotion des produits de son client Revlon, une des plus grandes entreprises de cosmétiques au Canada de renommée mondiale. Notre société offre une occasion unique pour un candidat qui est passionne des cosmétiques en milieu pharmaceutique et qui sait transmettre cette passion auprès de sa clientèle. Ce poste est idéal pour toute personne qui est à l’aise de travailler efficacement avec la direction d’un magasin dans le but d’augmenter les ventes au détail, d’offrir une formation sur les produits, d’assurer une mise en marche supérieure en assurant le respect des planogrammes, de saisir les opportunités de visibilité en succursale et finalement, d’offrir un service a la clientèle hors pair. Le représentant devra être ouvert, amical et être en mesure de stimuler les ventes et la notoriété de la marque auprès des principaux détaillants en pharmacie. Le candidat idéal est autonome, motive, dynamique, axe sur les résultats et est excite à l’idée de travailler sur la route.
Dans le cadre de ses fonctions, le Représentant des ventes sera responsable d’un territoire précis et il aura une clientèle assignée à visiter selon des fréquences de visites prédéterminées.
Ses principales responsabilités sont :
Effectuer la promotion de la marque et la vente de présentoirs en pharmacie.
Assurer la visibilité de la marque en proposant des opportunités positionnelles, de marketing et de partenariat avec les chefs cosméticiennes
Établir, développer et maintenir des relations d’affaires et offrir un service a la clientèle hors pair.
Réaliser la formation des équipes en succursale sur les nouveautés et les produits existants
Résoudre les problèmes qui peuvent survenir et aviser les partenaires si nécessaire
Assurer l’exécution des planogrammes et offrir des solutions avantageuses de positionnement
Développer et implanter un programme d’incitation a la vente avec les partenaires d’affaires
Assurer la distribution et disponibilité des produits de la marque
Soutenir et motiver l’équipe en succursale dans son rôle conseil de la marque
Émettre des crédits et effectuer le suivi si nécessaire, gestion des retours/produits endommages
Effectuer différentes taches précises prioritaires en magasin et répondre à des sondages
Créer des montages de produits en succursale

Exigences :
Minimum de deux (2) ans d’expérience en vente et service à la clientèle
Expérience en cosmétiques un atout
Éducation post-secondaire en vente et représentation, cosmétique/esthétique ou toute autre discipline reliée un atout.
Langues : Français et anglais fonctionnel
Capacite a travailler avec les applications informatiques d’IPad et maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, Outlook)
Doit absolument posséder un véhicule en bonne condition et permis de conduire valide
Doit avoir accès a internet haute vitesse a son lieu de résidence

Position Summary
The Retail Sales Merchandiser (RSM) is responsible for servicing and selling to retail accounts within an assigned territory to ensure Client standards are met and volume is increased.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Sales and Merchandising
Maintain Client objectives by ensuring secondary placements of product(s) are fully stocked, correctly signed, properly faced, and set to schematics
Shelf Standards and Conditions: authorization of items to meet Client shelf schematic standards
Meet Client and Company objectives by maintaining full distribution on existing SKUs.
Take direction regarding tagging, rotating, and placing POS materials for products on shelf
Prepare for and respond to audits
Manage time and prioritize for store call coverage
Complete accurate and timely paperwork and reports, recaps, itineraries, timesheets, expense reports, etc.
May provide feedback for Client audit objectives
Customer Relations
Communicate effectively both internally with Company management and externally with all customers
Build rapport with Clients and Customers
Field questions and proactively develop action plans to resolve issues
Additional Responsibilities
Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management
Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance

Field / Administrative Requirements
Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work may be performed in an office, field, retail store, or warehouse environment. Typically requires the ability to spend 66%+ hours each work day doing the following activities: engage in considerable physical activity, ability to lift and/or push up to 50 pounds, stand on feet for long periods of time, use products or cook food as appropriate for the demonstration, and may be required to work in extremely cold conditions (i.e. refrigerated and freezer sections). Also required to travel and drive. The use of proper safety practices when handling the products and/or cooking is essential.
